Memorial Day in Newfoundland and Canada Day
Temperature: 20 degrees Celsius
Drink: Spiced Rhubarb Cocktail with Maple Syrup and Vodka

SPICED RHUBARB WITH MAPLE SYRUP AND VODKA COCKTAIL

Spiced Rhubarb Compote : 2 oz
Vodka: 4 oz
Maple Syrup: 1 oz

Shake over ice, strain and serve.
